Mulled wine recipe from FRANK by BASTA
Composition of spices:

  • Cinnamon
  • Red pepper
  • Cardamom
  • Black pepper
  • Carnation
  • White pepper
  • Orange chips
  • 2 liters of juice
  • Spices
  • Honey if necessary
Pour 2 liters of apple or cherry juice into a pan (volume of at least 2.5 liters)
Add the spices from the bag to the pan with the juice
Cook over medium heat for 20-25 minutes (do not boil!)
If necessary, you can add honey
